Let’s get our bodies moving and grooving in CoachArt’s Aerobic Fitness Club! The lessons will incorporate fun and easy exercises that will teach participants how to stretch and strengthen their muscles with movement and rest. Kids can benefit tremendously from aerobics, because it combines fitness activities that improve cardiovascular conditioning and promote weight loss at any age and any level of physical ability.
