Let’s get stretchin’ and movin’ in CoachArt’s Pilates Club! Like yoga, pilates promotes strength, stability, and flexibility, with aerobic exercises focused on training the core using a fitness ring. The lessons will include a mix of exercises that will help improve balance and posture while getting the heart racing. Participants can benefit tremendously from fitness activities like pilates that support physical strength and include an added meditation element for mental strength. All levels and abilities are welcome!
