PUPPY TSAI

Puppy was born and grew up in Taiwan. Before pursuing a B.S. in Statistics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, she volunteered in elementary schools in northern Thailand, local elderly care centers, and homes for children with disabilities in Taiwan. After college, she held various roles in technology companies including player experience analyst, onboarding analyst, and data lead. After experiencing hearing loss and developing an interest in product management, Puppy decided to pursue her dream of building features/products that can make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. She’s also a music assistant to her partner, a professional pianist, organist, and harpsichordist. They live in New York City with two cats.
